held a workshop on practices, mapping, and to promote -free production. This training is part of a bigger project that aims to mitigate the effects of change and improve livelihoods. Farmers were selected from Baakoye, Amansieman, and the Freedom and Unity Cooperative Union.
The training was conducted to educate farmers on the necessary knowledge and management procedures for trees such as oframo, emire, and krokrodua shared with them. The participants were also trained to understand the requirements on the tree registration forms, including the fact that planting and nurturing economic trees on your land does constitute ownership in Ghana. Farmers were also taught to utilize to measure the coordinates and polygons of their trees and land.
